May is Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s an opportunity to reflect on something that affects every one of us.

Mental health often takes a back seat to work, family, and daily responsibilities. Yet nearly 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. struggle with their mental health each year — and many of us face stress, burnout, grief, or anxiety without ever seeking support.

This month is a reminder that mental health is important, and a chance to:

  • Check in with yourself and the people around you
  • Reduce the stigma by talking openly about mental well-being
  • Seek help if you’ve been putting it off

A reminder that Learn to Live is available to you 24/7. You have access to your program as well as a variety of on-demand resources in your Dashboard. (Sign up information here)

We also invite you to our webinars this month. If you cannot attend a live session, register and you’ll be sent a link to the recording.

The Access Code for each of these sessions is: BETTERME.
